Nightly build are now available for nebula components. Grid and Gallery are the first one to provide nightly jars.
It’s pretty hard to list all the file provided by nebula. Only some mirrors let you browse the files. This one does : http://ftp.ussg.iu.edu/eclipse/technology/nebula/

Today, we released a new version of the Smile eZ Publish Plugin which includes on-save TPL validation. Each time you save a template, the file is checked using eZ Publish checkTemplate script and errors are reported in the “Problems” and as markers in the code editor.
The team has also expanded with a new committer : Felix Woldt, who is the author of another TPL editor for eclipse.
